R D Sethna Loan Scholarship
R.D. Sethna Scholarship Fund Trust offers financial assistance in the form of loans to deserving students pursuing higher education. The trust aims to support individuals who exhibit academic excellence and financial need to fulfill their educational aspirations. The scholarship is provided on a reimbursement basis, with a low-interest rate of 2% per annum, compounded annually.

    Note: Duly completed Application Forms should reach the Trust Office not later than 31st July for studies overseas and by 31st August each year for studies in India.

    Eligibility Criteria
  • The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • This Scholarship Fund is applicable for studies both overseas and in India.
  • An applicant must have a clear secondary school certificate examination or an equivalent condition.
  • An applicant must have scored at least 50% of marks on the last examination.
  • Admission to the Undergraduate degree Bachelor of Science (BSc) in
  • General Engineering or Master degree program Graduate - Master of Science in Engineering at DTU.
  • Fulfilment of additional eligibility requirements as specified by the R.D. Sethna Scholarship Fund Trust.
  • Must have unconditional confirmed admission for the current academic year.
  • Should provide a bonafide certificate for the current academic year.
  • Must submit the course fee structure and proof of partial or full payment of course fees.
  • Documentary evidence of initial deposit payment, if applicable.

    Note: Total loan scholarship is repayable within a period of 3 years after completion of the course.
