SSP Post Matric Scholarship is awarded by Karnataka government for those students who are belongs to Other Backward Classes (OBC), Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories to get scholarship benefits for further post-secondary education. Karnataka government will bear all the expenses i.e. tuition fee, books, etc. SST is a single portal that will open for overall scholarships into the state. The SSP or the State scholarship Portal is an undertaking by the Centre for e-Governance, Government of Karnataka that helps in the distribution of numerous pre-matric and post-matric scholarships. The objective of this grant is to provide financial scholars who are poor and meritorious.

The students pursuing medical, engineering, MBA, MCA, and courses offered by the Karnataka State Women’s University, Vijaypura are informed that the last date to submit the Post-Matric Scholarship application under the SSP Social Welfare Department is 20th June 2023.

Eligibility

Must be a resident of Karnataka

Must belong from SC/ST/OBC category

Family’s annual income must be between than 2.5 lakhs and 10 lakhs

Must have scored at least 50% in the last examination
