All India Medical Scholarship Entrance Test is known as AIMSET. All India Medical Scholarship Entrance Test is a national-level scholarship test provided by the organization (Aimset Educational Foundation) which is registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs India.

AIMSET helps students realize their dreams of pursuing medical education in these courses. We help all meritorious and deserving students, who come from economically weak backgrounds to pursue these courses in various colleges and universities. Those medical aspirants who qualify AIMSET scholarship examination are eligible for admission along with the scholarship to 300+ Govt. and 500+ private colleges and universities (Govt. approved) in India-approved AIMSET participating institutes.

Eligibility:

Must be a citizen of India.

Family income should be less than 3 lakhs.

The candidate must have passed the final examination of 10+2.

50 % marks in all subject PCB.

10+2 appearing students are eligible.

NEET-appearing students are eligible.

Candidate must be 27 years of age.

The upper age limit for NEET UG is 25 years as of the date of examination with a relaxation of 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH is five.

Eligible Degree programmes:

MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, B. Pharma, B.Sc. Bio-Tech, B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Nursing, Paramedical, B.P.T, and B.M.L.T, M.Sc., Pharma courses.

The Pattern of the Examination:
The AIMSET examination will be conducted in online mode (computer-based test). It is purely a merit-based examination. It is conducted on a national level every year.

Objective type (multiple choice questions).

Each correct answer carries four marks.

Negative marking deduct one mark.
