The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) has been distinguished as an Institution of Eminence (IoE) by the Government of India. In line with the IoE initiative, IISc has introduced the highly competitive Raman Post-Doc Program. Additionally, IISc offers an active Institution of Eminence (IoE) Post-Doc program. The institute is now inviting applications from exceptionally motivated individuals with a proven track record of high-quality research for positions in both the Raman Post-Doc and IoE Post-Doc programs. Aim Of The Fellowship: The Raman Post-Doc Program and IoE Post-Doc Program aim to attract intensely motivated individuals with a strong research background to contribute to the academic excellence and research endeavors at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The following departments and centers are open for application in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Electrical, Electronics and Computer Sciences (EECS), Mechanical Sciences, Interdisciplinary Research, Other Interdisciplinary Centers.

CV Raman Post-Doc Position: Monthly consolidated package of Rs. 1.15 Lakhs (inclusive of HRA). Research grant of Rs. 8 Lakhs per year, with travel expenses up to Rs. 2 Lakhs. IoE Post-Doc Position: Monthly stipend of Rs. 67,000 plus HRA. Research grant of Rs. 2 Lakhs per year for consumables, contingency, and domestic travel (up to Rs. 50,000).
