The OSTEN Skopje proudly presents the 56th World Gallery Of Cartoons – Skopje, inviting cartoonists from all over the globe to submit their original works. Professional, semi-professional, and amateur cartoonists are encouraged to participate with original cartoons, satirical drawings, and comics/strips. The theme and technique for the submissions are left to the author's choice.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Cartoonists from any professional background, including semi-professional and amateur, are eligible to participate.
  • A fee of $20 applies if artists wish to have their unselected works returned.
