We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Testing and Data Configuration Specialist in the Education Management industry. As a Data Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting schools/colleges regularly to do Live testing and product demo. Responsibilities ? Provide training and support to end-users on data configuration best practices ? Handle multiple clients on there requirements ? Configure and maintain data settings within our education management system. ? Perform data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies or errors ? Troubleshoot and resolve any data configuration issues or system errors ? Create website according to the client requirement in the client place Requirements ? Diploma/Any degree. ? Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. ? Effective communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
