At the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen, where over 12,000 employees craft attractive electric vehicles, SUVs, and sports cars, our training department plays a vital role in nurturing the next generation of talent. We offer dual study programs and apprenticeships in various professions, welcoming around 160 young individuals each year to embark on their careers with us. An internship with our training team promises a fulfilling and diverse experience, providing valuable professional insight and guidance. Joining our team means collaborating with 12 colleagues, including 8 directly involved in training and 5 in marketing and recruiting. We prioritise equality, effective communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and fostering a culture of honesty and respect. While we embrace mobile working, we also value the importance of being physically present together.
