The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), established by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, serves as a think tank supporting various initiatives related to Corporate Affairs. Key activities include induction and in-service training for Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS) officers, capacity-building and training programs, public policy advisory functions, public outreach, and stakeholder consultations conducted through seminars, conferences, and forums.
The internship provides an opportunity for college students and recent graduates to gain experience in various areas such as Economics, Statistics, Law, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Social Work, Engineering, Biotechnology, and Business Innovation. Interns will assist and learn about Corporate Laws, Competition Policy and Market Regulation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, and other related areas.
