This internship is applicable to bachelors & masters studied in various fields. Business Development Internship: Responsibilities: Creating and testing new business development processes. Following up with active leads and updating their status. Setting up meetings with new potential customers. Identifying industrial clusters suitable for Energeia's solutions. Tracking the different stages of business development with clients. Executing plans of customer acquisition with precision. Requirements: College or graduate school students focusing on a business, environment, or energy-related field. Prior projects and extracurricular activities will be valued more than GPA/CGPA. Highly organised and detail-oriented. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Prior experience with creating and documenting business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organisational and self-management capability. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with minimal formal instruction. High level of self-awareness, humility, and excitement about confronting new challenges. Intellectual agility, curiosity, and superb analytical skills. Marketing Research Internship: Responsibilities: Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace, and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations. Perform SWOT analysis based on valid and reliable market research. Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations. Use online market research tools and catalogue findings into databases. Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation. Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure accuracy and correctness. Remain informed about market trends and implement best practices. Qualifications: College or graduate school students focusing on business, statistics, marketing, environment, or energy-related fields. Understanding of business objectives and ability to design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences.
