Eligibility Criteria
This internship is eligible for Bachelors, Masters in various fields. Communications Internship: Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Internal communication: central point of contact for specific projects, ensure proper communication of all information required for the day-to-day running of the company. Internal activities: organisation of our monthly gathering of all national teams, participation in the organisation of activities for employees. External/Digital communication: social media management, website monitoring. Requirements: Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School, or equivalent for the duration of the internship. Available for a minimum of 3 months, ideally for 6 months, with at least 32 hours per week. Fluent in English plus Dutch or French. Creative thinker capable of generating innovative ideas and implementing them effectively. Strong team player with a sense of responsibility and initiative. Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Marketing Internship: Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Assist one of our marketing teams in executing their brand plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the design of communication assets, fostering brand love for our products. Engage in stakeholder management for the design of communication assets, contributing to building brand affinity. Contribute to brand innovation initiatives, supporting product launches and relaunches. Support the launch of innovations in markets and brand relaunches, contributing to strategic planning and execution. Conduct strategic, market, and consumer analyses to inform marketing strategies. Perform category analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer trends. Analyse digital channels and social media platforms to optimise marketing efforts. Manage social media accounts, creating content and engaging with the audience. Develop communication plans and execute customer and store activations to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives. Liaise with local markets and manage marketing projects to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Demonstrate project management skills in coordinating various marketing activities. Contribute to crafting concrete plans that deliver value to all stakeholders. Regularly utilise market data sources such as Nielsen, Cypher, GfK, POS data, and field reports. Extract actionable insights to drive business decisions. Assist in developing strong assortment, shelving, and promotional recommendations based on data and shopper insights. Conduct research to support recommendation development. Requirements: Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School, or equivalent with an analytic component in studies (e.g., Statistics, Market Assessment, Marketing Research, or Marketing Intelligence). Available for a minimum of 3 months, ideally for 6 months, with at least 32 hours per week. Fluent in English plus Dutch or French. Strong team player with a sense of responsibility. Digital Marketing Internship: Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Work closely with marketing teams to enhance their digital marketing strategies. Provide support in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives. Analyse website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop recommendations to enhance the current status of websites. Co-create, build, and analyse campaigns and customer journeys to optimise conversions through the sales and marketing funnel. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective strategies. Design and set up experiments to support organisational transformation initiatives. Play a role in innovating and evolving the business landscape. Support in providing necessary reporting and insights to marketers, enabling them to refine their approaches. Assist in delivering actionable insights derived from data analysis. Assist digital marketers and data teams in key transformation projects. Play an important role in driving digital transformation initiatives. Requirements: Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School, or equivalent for the entire internship duration. Available for a minimum of 3 months, ideally for 6 months, with a commitment of at least 32 hours per week. Fluent in English plus Dutch or French. Proficient in major social media platforms. Good understanding of Google Analytics and general digital marketing concepts (digital data, email marketing, e-commerce, SEO, SEA, owned and paid advertising). Human Resources Internship: Responsibilities: Manage external parties for job boards and targeted social media. Actively participate in campus management activities to promote employer branding. Handle job postings, CV screening, and candidate selection. Conduct phone screenings and assist in contract administration. Manage internal and external stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. Assist in annual graduate traineeship recruitment, including innovative AI-powered recruitment methods. Help set up face-to-face assessment centres for trainee selection. Assist HR Business Partners in employee life cycle reviews. Contribute to the development of learning and development topics. Manage stakeholders and provide support in various HR initiatives. Review HR policies and working conditions to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction. Actively participate in employee well-being programs and initiatives for sustainable employability. Requirements: Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School, or equivalent for the entire internship duration.
