    Eligibility Criteria
  • This internship is eligible for Engineering, Bachelors & Masters in various fields.

    Software Engineering Internship:
  • You have a strong interest in software engineering and bring prior experience in programming.
  • You are open to learning new technologies, programming languages, and concepts; we work in Go, but we care much more about your general engineering skills.
  • You enjoy delivering high-quality software with considerations for design, performance and scalability.
  • You are passionate about the user's perspective and want to build a product to be loved.
  • Knowledge of the Linux operating system (any distribution).
  • You have experience using container runtimes and containerized applications.
  • You are comfortable collaborating remotely with your peers and delivering results while working independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

    Business Risk Internship:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university in Ireland throughout the internship period, focusing on finance, accounting, commerce, or similar business-related courses with substantial content.
  • Available for a full-time internship, committing to 37.5 hours per week, from May/June to August 2024.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of written and spoken English, enabling effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude, reflecting enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the internship experience.
  • Possesses solid spreadsheet skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other relevant functions, essential for data analysis and financial modelling tasks.
  • Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications, indicating a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and technologies.
  • Displays good creative problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling effective decision-making and problem-solving in business contexts.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasising collaboration and teamwork in a professional setting.

    IT Support Engineer Internship:
  • Demonstrates a high level of motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, technical environment. Must be adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Shows a genuine interest in software and technology, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasising collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn and interact with new software applications, indicating adaptability and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
  • Possesses strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling the effective resolution of technical challenges and the optimization of processes.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical-related field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

    Field Marketing Internship:
  • Currently enrolled in an advanced stage of studies in marketing, administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in relevant subjects.
  • Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to ask for help, provide assistance, and embrace feedback from peers and supervisors.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and projects.
  • Capable of working independently and autonomously, taking initiative, and managing tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Exhibits a strong motivation to continuously learn and develop, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to the field.
  • Possesses outstanding multitasking abilities, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in English, with fluency in Spanish being a plus, enabling effective communication in multicultural and multilingual environments.
