Eligibility Criteria
These internship eligible courses are bachelors, masters, engineering & PHD in various fields. Store Executive Internship: Experience firsthand what it’s like to lead a retail team within a Target store with our Stores Executive Internship program. This paid, full-time internship entails 40 hours per week of hands-on training, designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you'll receive a valuable and realistic job preview of the Executive Team Leader role over a defined period. You'll have the opportunity to explore multiple facets of the store's business, but the focus will primarily be on learning how to effectively lead a segment of the store. Through practical experience and mentorship, you'll develop essential leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail management practices. Previous Retail Experience: Preferred, though not required. Strong Interest in Retail Management: Demonstrated enthusiasm for working in a retail environment, particularly within Target stores in a management capacity. Supply Chain Assets Protection Operations Internship: As an Assets Protection Operations Intern at Target, you'll receive a realistic job preview into the life of an Assets Protection Operations Manager. This internship provides you with the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to lead, motivate, and influence a team effectively. You'll be responsible for executing Assets Protection routines and initiatives aimed at maintaining secure environments and protecting Target's profitability. College Senior Standing or Entering Senior Year: Currently in their senior year of college or entering their senior year. G.P.A. Requirement: Maintain a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher. Participation in School or Extracurricular Activities: Demonstrated involvement in school or extracurricular activities, with experience in leadership roles preferred. Currently, we are seeking MBA Finance Interns to join our 10-week, project-based program.
