Eligibility Criteria
These internships are applicable courses are Engineering, Bachelors, Masters in various fields. Robotics Systems Internship: Roles & Responsibilities: Select, evaluate, and test suitable control components. Conduct control tuning, testing, and debugging of robotic systems. Integrate and test sensors, motor drivers, and actuators to achieve control objectives. Participate in test processes and deliver results to stakeholders with comprehensive documentation. Requirements: Desired Qualification: BTech/BE in Mechatronics or equivalent degree. Work Experience: 0-6 months. Proficiency in mathematical modelling and analysis of electro-mechanical systems. Good knowledge of control strategies such as PIDs. Strong understanding of various types of motors, including their modelling and controls. Proficiency in C/C++/Python. Knowledge of various sensors and their error modelling techniques. Experience working with robotic systems. Analytical skills to interpret test results. Embedded Hardware Internship: Roles & Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and testing mobile robot System Software. Engaging in planning, designing, developing, and testing AGV systems. Designing analog and digital circuits. Documenting design specifications and implementation details. Upholding hardware design standards and methodologies. Implementing complex system requirements to deliver robust and reliable hardware solutions. Taking responsibility for the complete implementation of detailed technical items and understanding system-level aspects. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure Design for Manufacturing. Requirements: BE/B. Tech in Electronics or equivalent relevant work experience. Proficiency with Eagle/Altium or equivalent software. Knowledge of embedded circuit development. Familiarity with analog and digital electronic circuit design. Hands-on experience with soldering iron for creating test circuits. Familiarity with microcontrollers (e.g., AVR, ARM, Cortex, etc.). Strong hardware troubleshooting skills. Ability to support/debug system integration. Embedded Firmware Internship: Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct requirement analysis and create functional requirement specifications for new derivative products or new features in existing products. Participate in embedded design documentation, coding, unit test, and integration testing. Design and develop firmware in C/C++ for timing-critical, interrupt-based applications, ensuring functionality through evaluation report generation using lab equipment. Design and develop firmware in C/C++ for testing and evaluating component durability. Work closely with other engineering teams, partners, and vendors to gather inputs and ensure the right implementation and interoperability/reusability. Ability to understand and follow engineering processes such as SCRUM, version control, and bug management. Conduct firmware impact analysis to ensure all existing features are functional with new proposed changes. Multitask between new product development and sustenance activities of existing products. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure the quality of work products. Requirements: B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech/ M.S. in Electronics or equivalent relevant work experience. Strong software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design. Strong programming skills in Embedded C and knowledgeable in C++. Knowledge of interfacing communication protocols such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C, Timers, PWM, WDT, CAN interfacing. Experience with Cortex M4 or equivalent. Experience in timing-critical, interrupt-based design, power, and memory optimization. Ability to read datasheets, schematics, and design simple digital and analog circuits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to self-learn. Talent Acquisition Internship: Roles & Responsibilities: Gain knowledge and experience in the talent acquisition recruiting process. Provide support to the Manager with various administrative tasks, including interview scheduling and database management. Coordinate high volume interview requests for candidates. Assist with candidate tracking and coordination. Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants as necessary. Manage and maintain the vendor database. Assist with campus hiring and institutional engagement. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-driven. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel. Prior internship experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a similar field. Work Experience: 0-6 months. Digital Marketing Internship: Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct market analysis and research on the latest trends. Design and present new ideas for social media campaigns. Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content. Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback. Explore various social media marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Quora, etc. Brainstorm and implement new and innovative marketing growth strategies. Create and optimise content for the website and social networking channels. Brainstorm original and engaging content for social media and digital advertising. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into postings. Collaborate on the marketing calendar and support content strategy. Write SEO-friendly blogs, web pages, social media, and ad campaigns. Design and create posts for social media. Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content. Requirements: Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive. Good understanding of various sales and marketing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in analytical activities and presentation tools (MS Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with sales and marketing software and online applications (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.). Knowledge about the logistics, automation, and robotics industry. Desired Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech/ MBA in Marketing or equivalent relevant work experience. Work Experience: 0-1 year.
