During the summit, you will: Meet and learn from diverse leaders, associates, and early career alumni. Explore various business areas and opportunities within Walmart and Sam's Club. Member Specialist High Internship: The (USA) Member Specialist High Internship- UP (Unlock Potential) position in North Richland Hills, TX, falls under the Business Operations career area and involves functions related to Business Operations Management. It is a temporary position offered on an hourly basis. What You'll Do: Maintain the designated area of responsibility in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including handling returns, zoning the area, organising merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Provide excellent member service by managing exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Manage the self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and assisting with member transactions using self-service technology. Assist in securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and reporting potential criminal activity, maintaining required documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices. Support the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, new technology, and continuous learning opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and utilising the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities and expectations, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback. Process Engineer - Supply Chain Internship: Walmart, a global leader in the retail industry, is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Supply Chain team. Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality management systems. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management (e.g., PMP).
