Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales management and territory development. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships with customers. Responsibilities: 1. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends within the assigned territory. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategies. 2. Lead Generation: Assist in the identification and qualification of leads within the territory. Collaborate with the sales team to implement targeted lead generation campaigns. 3. Customer Outreach: Support the sales team in reaching out to potential customers and scheduling appointments. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials. 4. Territory Management: Work closely with the Territory Sales Manager to plan and execute sales strategies. Help in maintaining and expanding customer databases within the assigned territory. 5. Sales Administration: Aid in the preparation of sales reports and analysis of key performance indicators. Assist in order processing, contract management, and other administrative tasks. 6. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and customer relationship management skills. Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced sales professionals. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented attitude. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
