SAMBHAVAM IAS, a collaborative effort between the Diya Delhi Foundation and Sood Charity Foundation, is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering aspirants from economically weaker sections of society to achieve their dreams of becoming civil servants and serving the nation with excellence. At SAMBHAVAM IAS, we offer comprehensive coaching programs meticulously designed to cater to the specific needs of UPSC Civil Services aspirants. Our courses encompass a wide range of subjects, including optional subjects, prelims-specific preparation, offline coaching, and study centre facilities. Our goal is to provide a supportive and conducive learning environment for all our students, enabling them to excel in their UPSC Civil Services examinations and realise their potential to contribute meaningfully to society.

Online coaching for preparation of UPSC/CSE IAS exam will be provided to selected/shortlisted students. An online test will be conducted for selection eligibility. Submitting an entry does not guarantee selection for Sambhavam 2024-25. SCF & DIYA will shortlist candidates at their discretion and through their selection process. Selected candidates grant SCF & DIYA the right to use/publish their name, photograph, results, and progress reports on any media platform. Selected candidates must provide all mandatory documents when requested by SCF & DIYA. Providing false information will result in immediate cancellation of the scholarship. SCF & DIYA reserve the right to cancel the selection of any candidate found misusing the opportunity, not following guidelines, or being non-serious towards the program. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 60/- (Fee 51+ GST 9) is charged by DIYA for registration and selection process. No claim in any form shall be made by any selected candidate or their family members/relatives against SCF, DIYA, their Board Members, or Committee Members. Candidates must regularly check related websites and email (including spam folder) for important updates. Selected students will be allocated seats for online classes by SCF & DIYA at Sambhavam IAS. All decisions by SCF & DIYA throughout the program are final and binding. No correspondence is guaranteed to any candidate filling up the form. Selection does not entitle any additional rights beyond online coaching. Requests for anything apart from this will not be entertained. Economically weak and underprivileged candidates will be preferred. Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction at Mumbai Courts for SCF and Delhi Courts for DIYA.
