Sashakt Scholarship is an initiative of Dr. Reddy's Foundation. the key objective of this scholarship to encourage young women across India to prepare for and pursue a career in science. Sashakt scheme covers all three years of graduate study in the science stream. The candidate who has a brilliant academic record and interest in keen research can apply for this scholarship.

Dr Reddy’s Foundation Sashakt Scholarship 2023 is a positive initiative to encourage young woman women across the nation. This endowment is especially for the girl student after 12th who want to pursue their career in science. Its main role is to provide financial assistance to girls, especially from rural India and low socio-economic backgrounds for their higher studies. The scholarship is offered for quality education in some top science colleges of India for undergraduate courses. It is a limited chance offered by Dr Reddy’Foundation to the young students who are academically strong.

Eligibility

Students who have a brilliant academic record and completed class XII can apply.

Women with a keen interest in research preferably from economically weak backgrounds will be given consideration.

Only those students who have confirmed admissions in the listed colleges to study pure/ natural science can apply for the grant.

A girl candidate with an Indian Nationality can apply.

One must be having an excellent academic record.

Students who are interested in pursuing B.Sc. in pure /Natural science.

Applicants must be 12th passed out from a recognized board.

Must be confident enough to get the best science college in India.

Preference will be given to the students who are from the weak economic background and has an interest in scientific research.

The aspirant must get confirmed admission to any of the listed institutions.
