Shree Brihad Bharatiya Samaj Scholarship
The Shree Brihad Bharatiya Samaj Scholarship, established by the organization, is granted to students who are currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate courses. This scholarship is solely awarded based on merit by the Shree Brihad Bharatiya Samaj. It supports Indian students enrolled in full-time undergraduate and postgraduate programs across various disciplines in Indian universities or colleges during the academic year 2023-24. The eligible fields include Medical (MBBS, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy), Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, and Nursing.
Documents Required
  • Handwritten application explaining the reason for seeking the scholarship and detailing the inability to pay fees. Include a comprehensive family background with information about each member and their annual income.
  • Income certificate, salary certificate from employer, or Income Tax Return copy of parents (to be submitted with the application).
  • Recommendation letter from a Teacher or Principal of the Institute.
  • Attested mark sheet issued by the school and respective boards for Class X / XII / College / University, as applicable. Attach all available copies.
  • Proof of admission and enrollment letter, along with supporting documents of the annual course fee

    Eligibility Criteria
  • Students currently enrolled in any year of undergraduate or postgraduate courses within the eligible fields mentioned above are eligible to apply.
  • First-year students must have secured a minimum of 70% marks in their previous class. Students in their second, third, or fourth year must have attained at least 60% marks in the preceding year.
  • Preference will be given to students whose parents' total annual income is Rs. 1,50,000 or less. However, students with higher income are also eligible.
  • For Nursing Education: Students in the first year and above with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

  • Note: To receive the application form, please send two envelopes by post or courier, with one placed inside the other. The society will send the application in the envelope you provide, which should have a postage stamp of Rs. 20 and your address written on it
