TATA AIG-Avanti Fellows has launched a scholarship program for the able but marginalized girl students from the JNVs. Launched in 2020, the TATA AIG-Avanti Fellows Scholarship program has been aiding 163 bright girl students in pursuing their UG courses in Engineering & Medicine at premier institutes across India.

Benefits:

The selected scholars shall be awarded an approximate amount of INR.1,10,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Ten Thousand only) as financial aid per year and a one-time gift of a brand new laptop worth Rs.49,000/- (including shipment charges).

The scholars shall continue to receive support throughout the duration of their UG course

Eligibility

Should be a girl student belonging to any of the following states/UTs: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand,
Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Punjab, Sikkim, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh

Should have completed her Class 12 from a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya

Should belong to any of the following categories: SC / ST / Gen-EWS / PwD

Should have cleared the JEE Mains/Advanced or NEET examination

Should have secured (or should be able to secure admission) in any of the top 200 Engineering Colleges/Government Medical Colleges
