Banishree Scholarship
BANISHREE–A Scheme Scholarship for Students with Special Needs is a very prestigious scholarship scheme specially available to candidates who are currently situated in Odisha state and struggling financially to submit their educational institution fees or continue their education in a prestigious educational institute present in Orissa state.
Eligibility:
The applicant should be a bonafide resident of Odisha.
The parental/ family income of the applicant is not more than Rs. 60,000 per annum.
He/She should be a regular student of an educational institution.
The applicant should not be receiving any financial assistance/stipend/scholarship from State Govt./ Central Govt. under any other scheme.
Benefits:
1. Primary School (Class I to V): Rs. 400 per month.
2. Middle & High School (Class V to X): Rs. 450 per month.
3. College (+2 and +3 level): Rs. 700 per month.
4. College (PG level): Rs. 750 per month.
5. Technical a Vocational Training: Rs. 750 per month.
6. Technical & Vocational Courses outside the state: Rs. 750 per month.
