Eligibility :

To be eligible for the Biswabina Foundation Scholarship, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

The student's family must be a permanent resident of West Bengal, India.

Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate (college) or post-graduate course at a recognized university.
