Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Scholarship
The Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna is an initiative by the government of Maharashtra aimed at promoting technical education among students. The scheme specifically targets individuals pursuing technical courses and extends support to registered labor or marginal landholder farmers' children. Additionally, students meeting specified eligibility conditions may also apply, making the scheme accessible to a broader range of economically disadvantaged students.

    Eligibility Criteria
  • The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
  • The applicant should have domicile status in the state of Maharashtra.
  • The applicant must be a bonafide student of an institute and should have taken admission in a professional or technical course at the graduation, post-graduation, or diploma level.
  • Students starting in deemed universities and private universities are not eligible for the scheme.
  • The applicant must not be availing of any other scholarship or financial assistance under any scheme.
  • Only two children of a family can avail the benefits of the scheme.
  • The annual income of the applicant's parents/guardian should not exceed 8 lakh rupees.
  • The candidate should not have a gap of two or more than two years during the course duration.
