India Fellow is an immersive social leadership program designed for young Indians who are passionate about creating positive change in society. This program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, training, peer learning, and mentoring over a period of 18 months. Participants, known as India Fellows, work full-time with a host organization dedicated to addressing critical social issues. Through this experience, they not only contribute to meaningful projects but also undergo personal and professional growth, discovering their own leadership potential.
