The primary objectives of the scheme are: Financial Support for Needy Students: To provide financial assistance to deserving students who face economic challenges, enabling them to pursue postgraduate or doctoral studies. Encouraging Talent: To encourage talented students to come forward and pursue higher academic studies from reputed institutes, both within the country and abroad. Promoting Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies: To promote postgraduate and doctoral studies among the youth of Goa, recognizing and nurturing their academic potential.
