The Mittal Panday Scholarship for Postgraduate Students 2023 offers a lifeline to individuals who have completed their bachelor's degree but lack the financial means to pursue their master's studies. This prestigious scholarship program provides financial assistance to eligible candidates, allowing them to continue their education.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Academic Level: Applicants should be enrolled in the first year of a postgraduate program such as M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Ed, MS, MD, PG Diplomas, etc. in a recognized institution.Academic Performance: Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 70% marks in their undergraduate (graduate) examination.
  • Continued Academic Performance: To maintain eligibility for the scholarship in subsequent years, recipients must maintain a minimum of 60% marks in each academic year of their postgraduate program. If the student fails to meet this requirement, the scholarship will be withdrawn.
  • Income Limit: Students whose parents' total annual income does not exceed Rs. 5,00,000 (Rs. Five Lacs only) are eligible for the scholarship. Proof of income, either in the form of an income certificate from the employer or a notarized affidavit in the case of self-employed parents, must be submitted along with the scholarship application. This document should be attested by the Principal of the College.
  • No Other Scholarships: Applicants should not be recipients of any other scholarships or financial aid from government or non-government agencies concurrently.
  • Family Limit: The scholarship benefit will be extended to a maximum of two members within the same family. This means that if two members of a family are already recipients of the scholarship, additional family members will not be eligible.
  • Preference for Female Applicants: Preference will be given to female applicants who have received the Mittal Panday Scholarship (Graduate). However, this preference does not exclude male applicants from applying for the scholarship.
  • Existing Scholarship Holders: Students who are already recipients of the Mittal Panday Scholarship (Meritorious) are also eligible to apply for this scholarship.
