The New Vardhaman Educational Trust Scholarship Application, offered by the Vardhaman Educational Trust, is specifically designed to support Jain students residing in Maharashtra from 1st standard up to the college degree level. The scholarship aims to alleviate the financial burden of educational expenses and promote academic excellence among Jain students.
Documents Required
  • Xerox copy of the latest electricity bill or ration card.
  • For salaried parents: Salary certificate. For business owners: Income Tax Returns.
  • Mark sheet attested by the school/college.
  • Copy of the admission form for the current academic year.
  • IFSC Code/Account number of the bank institute/college for issuing Cheque/DD.

    Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicants must be residents of Maharashtra.
  • The scholarship is open to Jain students studying in Maharashtra from 1st standard to college degree courses.
  • Applicants must belong to families with a monthly income of less than Rs. 20,000.
  • Students must be enrolled in a local school/college where they reside.
  • This scholarship is open to both the genders male and female.

  • The scholarship covers school/college fees, excluding donations, admission fees, security deposits, development fees, transportation charges, private coaching fees, books, and stationery charges.
  • The payment of the scholarship will be made directly to the institution, and it may be divided into quarterly installments if required.
  • For school fees, the scholarship covers up to 75% of the fees or Rs. 15,000, whichever is lower.
  • For college fees, it covers up to 50% of the fees or Rs. 35,000, whichever is lower.
