Pratibha Kiran Scholarship
MP Pratibha Kiran Scholarship has been announced by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan. This scheme has been announced for girl students. The scheme is implemented by the Department of Higher Education.
There are many girl students who drop their qualification after 12th due to lack of finance. Pratibha Kiran Scholarship is for the girl students of Madhya Pradesh state. It is another initiative of the MP government to support the girl students and encourage them to pursue higher education.
Eligibility:
The applicant should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
Only girl students, who resides in an urban area are eligible for getting this scholarship.
Applicant must have secured 60% or more marks in the 12th examination.
Benefits:
Girl applicants who grab the scholarship opportunity will get a scholarship amount of up to INR 5000 every year to pursue their higher education in the field of medicine, engineering, management, law, private sector, etc.
Moreover, students will get an incentive of INR 500 per month for ten months and INR 750 per month for technical and medical courses.
