Documents Required
Cover Letter: A concise cover letter, not exceeding one page, articulating your interest in the Fellowship. Clearly state the proposed research topic, emphasizing its importance. Relate your relevant experience to the position. Curriculum Vitae (C.V.): A comprehensive C.V. detailing academic and professional experience. Include a list of any publications. References: Provide a list of two references. Include a brief statement on how they know you and their contact information. Ideally, references should be academic or policy-related. Project Proposal (1000-1500 words): Clearly state the proposed research problem, avoiding jargon. Provide academic and historical context for the project, demonstrating awareness of existing work in the area. Outline the research methods, emphasizing the utilization of both primary and secondary research. Present a practical research plan, indicating a timely completion of the project. Specify the expected product of the research. Relevance to Gender Violence Analysis: Explain the relevance of the proposed research to the analysis of gender violence and its advocacy for elimination. Clearly articulate the significance of the research in addressing gender violence. Bibliographic References: Include a list of bibliographic references relevant to the proposed project. This list will not be part of the proposal word count.

Fellowship Project
The fellowship program invites proposals for research projects that delve into various aspects of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV). The scope of the projects is broad, encompassing social, economic, and political dimensions related to the occurrence of SGBV. Fellows are encouraged to explore topics such as the social and economic conditions surrounding SGBV, its prevalence and consequences, the effectiveness of policies and budget allocations, or any other pertinent subject. The key criteria for the proposed projects are originality and a well-structured research design. Project Focus Areas: Investigate social, economic, and/or political conditions surrounding SGBV. Examine the prevalence and consequences of SGBV. Assess the effectiveness of policies and budget allocations related to SGBV. Explore other relevant and impactful topics within the realm of SGB
