The Snehapoorvam Scholarship Scheme, sponsored by the Kerala Social Security Mission, is a commendable initiative aimed at supporting orphans living within families, relatives, friends, or with community support. Recognizing children as the greatest assets of our nation, the scheme emphasises investing in their well-being for a better future, both for the individual and society at large. In light of the challenging circumstances faced by some children, particularly orphans, the Kerala Government has launched this noble program to provide financial assistance. Through the Social Welfare Department and implemented by the Social Security Mission, the scheme aims to alleviate the financial burden on orphans and ensure their holistic development.
