Vidya Chetana Scholarship
Vidya Chetana Scholarship
Established in 2009 by Youth for Seva, the Vidya Chetana Scholarship Program was born with a purpose – to provide a helping hand to students coming from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. This initiative strives to contribute towards the education of students who face financial challenges. The program encompasses students pursuing various levels of education, including PUC (10+2), Degree, Engineering, and Medical studies. It extends its support to diverse beneficiaries, such as underprivileged students, differently-abled individuals, and those who tragically lost their parents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our commitment extends across 10 states, impacting a total of 5,775 students.
Education emerges as a powerful and sustainable tool to combat illiteracy and poverty. Its impact ripples beyond the individual learner, uplifting entire families. Vidya Chetana was conceived with the vision of equipping students with education, enabling them to pursue their dreams, and fostering their growth into independent and self-reliant citizens.
