The Government of Karnataka state has created a new scholarship scheme available for people who want to get financial assistance in order to continue their education. This scholarship is especially available from the Department of Backward Classes Welfare Government of Karnataka. Meritorious students belonging to the backward categories are welcome to apply for the Vidyasiri Scholarship scheme in order to help them continue their education. Application form submission for the scholarship program has started. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka state to apply for this scholarship.
